Welcome to the acumen Wiki. acumen is currently managed by the Operations Interface Manager (OIM) team within System Operator - Network Operations - Operational Capability at Network Rail.

Platform Docker

acumen Platform Docker is currently on trial at York, Crewe, Birmingham New Street, London Euston and London Kings Cross stations.

The aim of the platform docker is to optimise station management.

The aim of this wiki, is to provide users with:

  • User Guide, information and best practice;
  • an FAQ based on user questions and responses from the support and development team;
  • a summary of any recent Upgrades to the application and information regarding upcoming updates, planned disruption and enhancements;
  • details on obtaining Support and reporting any issues.

aSIST

acumen Signallers Information Support Tools (aSIST) are a suite of tools designed to improve train performance.

These tools are currently on trial at Three Bridges ROC, Wimbledon ASC and West Midlands Signalling Centre.
