I have forgotten my password, what do I do? | You can reset your password using the email address used to register the account at https://acumen.tms-uk-rail.co.uk/login, click on the 'forgot password' link. |
One of my colleagues has left the company, do I need to do anything? | Yes! Inform the nominated route Super Users that this is the case; the acumen account will be deleted. |
I can’t see any conflicts on the platform docker when I think there should be some. | Check the docker viewing preferences are set to show conflicts. IF the problem persists, raise a ticket on acumen support. More information can be found here: Support. |
A message is received to say the service cannot be re-planned. | This message should only appear if the train has already departed the docker location. If this failure message is displayed in any other circumstances, please raise an issue via the Support application. |
