Accessing acumen

acumen is accessed via the following web address: https://prod.acumen-tms.co.uk/login

The acumen application was designed for Google Chrome. Network Rail staff can request Google Chrome through the IT software catalogue.

Once the application is loaded, registered users should enter their email address and password to access the application.

Before logging in for the first time, a new user will need to register. The link to do this is "Register" in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Note: In order to benefit from the full screen platform docker view, it is recommended the Google Chrome Bookmarks bar is hidden and/or the browser is placed in screen mode by pressing [F11].
