20.11.01 Briefing Note
The sections below detail enhancements that will be deployed to acumen the evening of 9 November 2020.
Users will need to do a hard reload of the system to see these changes. Instructions can be found on the FAQ page.
The relevant User Guide pages have been updated.
The next scheduled hot fix is for 16 November 2020. This will include the following functionality:
- Ability to manually call a train. This will enable re-planning actions (e.g. association amendments) to be undertaken for trains that have not yet been activated.
- Bug fix regards trains overdue departing the station, dropping off the docker.
CIS Tab
A CIS Tab has been introduced on each docker, displaying a live CIS feed.
For trains not terminating at the docker location, users can click the destination To TIPLOC to see a list of calling points for that train.
TIGER Feed
The train details tool-tip has been supplemented with information from TIGER (LICC).
The tool-tip now displays (where applicable) the length of the train, calling points, platform displayed on CIS, and formation. An example is shown below.
Note: This feed is not applicable to Birmingham New Street. For Birmingham New Street the tool-tip is enhanced with information from the A&D book instead.
TD Tab Zoom
Buttons have been added to the TD tab to enable a user to zoom in and out.
These can be found in the top left hand corner as seen below.
Applicable to Crewe ONLY - TRTS Indication
TRTS indication has been added to the TD map at Crewe. This is represented by a small yellow triangle.
For example, in the screenshot below, the TRTS has been pressed for Platform 5.
