How to access the system.

acumen Home Page

Information on the tabs seen on the acumen home page. These are:

• Real-Time Incidents;

• Station Messages;

• PPM;

• Temporary Speed Restrictions;

Platform Docker Tabs

Descriptions of information provided and functionality available within the different tabs found on the main platform docker view. These are:

• Platform Docker, including how to set Docker Viewing Preferences;

• TD map schematic;

• Global Search;

• Map (geographic);

• Conflict List;

• Connection Editor, including how to set connections between services;

• Alerts List;

• Restrictions, including how to edit an infrastructure restriction;

• Advance Train Plan, applicable from 20.09 Upgrades.

Platform Docker Display

Descriptions of different items and functionality available on the platform docker. This includes:

• Platform layout, including TBC column;

• Timeline;

• Alerts bar;

• Setting lifts or escalators as out order;

• Applying infrastructure restrictions;

Train Details View

Conflict Detection

• What causes a conflict and how they are displayed.

Context Menu - Replan Functionality

Replan functionality available from the right-click context menu. This is:

• Replan service, including platform change and amend timings;

• Notify Train Crew issue;

• Suppress a service;

• Amend association (Association Editor).

User Cases

How acumen functionality can support real-life user cases. The user cases discussed are:

• Understanding platform occupation (planned services, Q/Y paths, called services);
